The Ingredients of Kerala-style Mutton Curry

Regarding the mutton: 350 mg of mutton    1 tsp minced ginger, 1 tsp chopped garlic, and 1/2 tsp turmeric    One sliced green chill     1/4 cup of shallots     eight to ten curry leaves      Water, as needed      Add salt to taste.      Regarding the curry:      Twice as much coconut oil     One teaspoon red chili powder      Half a cup of sliced onions      One teaspoon finely chopped ginger 3–4 sliced garlic cloves, 8–10 curry leaves     Half a cup of tomatoes      1 tablespoon sliced fresh coconut

1. Combine it with curry leaves, haldi, ginger, garlic, shallots, green chillies, and salt in a pressure cooker. After thoroughly combining, pressure cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

2. Now, heat oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the onions and curry leaves. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for a further minute or two.

3. After that, include the cooked mutton with the fresh coconut, tomatoes, and red chili powder. Don't forget to include the water with it.

4. Turn down the heat to low, place a lid on it, and cook it slowly for twenty to twenty-five minutes, stirring once and then.
